We are potty training again. It is going much better this time. We have been at it for three days. The first day Karter had three accidents, two of which were my fault. I did not realize that he was trying to tell me he had to go. Yesterday he did not have a single accident and was still dry when he got up this morning. We even had to go on two outings yesterday. Today went great until about noon. We had our friend over for lunch and Karter was sitting on my lap and then I felt the warm sensation. I was like "AHHH! You peed on me." He preceeded to have three more accidents in the next 15 minutes. I even had him on the toilet for some of that time. I don't think he has realized that he has to empty his bladder out completely. But I think he knows what he is supposed to do. He tells me if he has to go so I think it won't take him long. I found out yesterday after the third time of sitting on the toilet to go poop that Karter thinks he has to sit on the toilet when he passes gas. When he lets it loose we have always said "Eww you pooped your pants" so when we say he has to poop on the toilet I guess he thinks he is. It's so cute to see him running around in his under-roos. He's so grown up. :(
