We are diaper free!!
Hooray! Hudson is officially potty trained.
I went on a spur of the moment shopping trip one day with one of my buds. Which was set up secretly by my husband because he's cool like that and knew I needed to get out...or maybe he needed me to get out.
Any-who...I mentioned that I wanted to make a potty chart for Hudson to be able to put stickers on when he went potty in the toilet and every so often he would reach a certain spot where he could receive a treat for getting there.
Well being the nice friend that I am I volunteered my buddy to make it for me.
Brit is super artistic, which I am not and I knew it would be great. I had no idea how great it really would be! I have every intention of posting a pic of it as soon as I find my camera :).
Brit brought us the chart at church and we started as soon as we got home. Hud did good the first day and thought the sticker chart was great. He went to bed without a diaper and woke up dry! Woo-hoo.
Monday was a bad day but that was to be expected but after that it was smooth sailing as long as the kid didn't have to go #2.
EEK!! He had some major stage fright when it came to that. And let me tell ya...I don't like to change dirty diapers but I dislike cleaning poopy underwear even more!!
Luckily it didn't last long and he is now accident free day and night!!
Hooray Hudson!!!
