Friday May 29 - Had a fun time out with Karl and the kids did lunch and shopped for a kiddie pool. Came home, Hudson started tugging at his ear, went to the dr. he had an ear infection with a blister. Went to Kenny's b-day party had fun hanging out came home to have Hudson throw up on the crib...then the changing table...then on me. Lovely
Saturday May 30 - Can't remember....Karl went to be a police man from 7pm to 4am.
Sunday May 31 - Can't remember.
Monday - Wednesday June 1-3 - Life was fairly good considering I had 5 kids instead of 2. Had fun going to school lunch.
Thursday -June 4- Got a nice surprise of not having to babysit. Ended up at the dr with Karter for a double ear infection with a blister on one. He threw up on me in the office and then again when the dr checked his throat. Lovely. Went to the pharmacy to get antibiotics and was asked when my baby was due. Lovely. Told the lady I wasn't prego. She asked me how old my kids were and when I told her I had a 10 month old baby she said "oh that explains it" Gee thanks not only did you insult me by asking if I was pregnant but now you say I look like I just had a baby. Lovely. I'm not that chubby! I wish I would of had to babysit.
Friday June 5 - Mom watched Karter so I could grocery shop without him. I was able to feed my coupon addiction. LOVELY!!!!
Saturday June 6 - Wanted to go out without my darlings but somehow ended up sitting in the car with them for 45 mins while Karl was in Verizon. That killed all my ambition.
Sunday June 7 - Karl through his back out getting "Big Sud" out of his crib at 2 am. Took Karter to church by myself...had to subsitute nursery. Lovely
Man...I hope this week is better.
Who couldn't love Cafe Rio (aside from Jenny :D!). It is soooo delish. Thier salads are to die for.
I first experienced Five Guys in NC and on one of our weekend trips to Ut Karl was able to endulge himself. They will soon be opening right next door to Cafe Rio. Oh the choices!!
This will not be a frequently visited spot. Unless we want to reserve a room on the cardiac floor but dang it's good. They only use Idaho potatoes for thier fries and post a sign each day saying what town in Idaho the potatoes are from. It was kind of cool to be in NC and see a sign that said the potatoes were from Rigby Idaho.
